As a Copy Link customer, you will never need to worry about your office equipment! See why below...
Guaranteed Response Time:
We guarantee an average on-site response time of four (4) hours or less on all Sharp Equipment. All Copy Link technicians drive company cars fully stocked to keep you up and running, fast and efficient.
Guaranteed Uptime Performance:
The new equipment provided by Copy Link will be operational with a quarterly uptime of 95% or we will provide a loaner equipment within 24 hours of request.
Guaranteed Service Loaner:
If Copy Link is unable to fix a problem or if a customer is unhappy with the performance of a machine, Copy Link will pick up the machine, bring it into the shop for evaluation and provide a loaner at no charge.
Warranty Guarantee:
Performance Guarantees are valid on new equipment purchased from Copy Link under a continuous Copy Link Maintenance Agreement only.
After Hours Emergency Service:
We guarantee to provice emergency service anytime, day or night, seven days a week. We will support your equipment all the time, not just when it is convenient for us. Special rates and phone numbers are established for after hours support.
Program Volume Change Option:
Gives you the option to review and make changes to your volume band every six months. If there is a significant increase or decrease in the volume we will redo the maintenance agreement to better fit your current needs.
Copy Quality:
Copy Link guarantees that the last copy made will be as Sharp and clear as the first copy made. |
